The Chapter Leader Information Form helps your chapter update the national organization with your most up-to-date officer information.  Use this online form to provide the national organization with the contact information for the officers of your local chapter.

Chapter Check-In Form

The Chapter Check-In Form helps your chapter update the national organization with your most up-to-date meeting and membership information (submitted on a quarterly basis).  The information on this form is used to update our database and our national website with to provide visitors to stonewalldemocrats.org with current information on your officers, chapter meetings, and activities.

Chapter Dues Form

This form helps your chapter accurately track your membership when submitting new members and renewed members to the national organization.  This spreadsheet can be filled out and emailed to our Chapter Services Associate at bburnham - at - stonewalldemocrats.org

Leadership Council Form

The Stonewall Democrats Leadership Council guides the policy and practices of the national organization.  Each registered chapter is entitled to at least one position on the Leadership Council. Use this form to designate your chapter's representative(s) on the Leadership Council.
