Executive Director Search

The Board of Directors of National Stonewall Democrats is beginning an extensive search process to find the right candidate to fill the position of Executive Director. More information is in the job description available for download below.

Jon Hoadley stepped down as Executive Director of Stonewall Democrats earlier this month to lead One Kalamazoo, a new Kalamazoo, Michigan campaign to protect the local nondiscrimination ordinance that is being challenged in a ballot fight this November.  In the interim period, the organization is in the highly capable hands of former Director of Chapter and National Development and Chief Operations Officer and now interim Executive Director Kyle Bailey.

Stonewall Democrats is in a secure place financially. We've recently expanded our talented staff, and our new board is smart and strategic.  We are stepping up our efforts to grow our grasroots and invest in the political skills of our members.  Stonewall Democrats is focusd on our strategic mission to elect pro-equality Democrats and hold them accountable to advance pro-equality policies and legislation that improve the lives of all Americans.
